ТИН (TIN) – a transistor frequency converter on the basis of a voltage inverter is designed for automatic control overrotational frequency and torque of industrial machines and mechanisms with driving three-phase induction and synchronous motors with capacity from 630 kW up to 4 000 kW, voltage class 0.69 kV. It is applied for control over a wide range of machines, mechanisms and technological complexes, forming a part of systems for automatic control over different manufacturing processes. Including drives of pumps of water-lifting stations and thermal power stations, ventilators and smoke-exhausters in boiler-houses, mechanisms of conveyors and industrial machines, ball drums in cement plants, extruders and cutters in chemical industry, turbine pumps and compressors in oil-and-gas-pumping equipment, main ventilators for mine horizons, skip windings.
The frequency converter ТИН is a domestic equivalent for foreign converters such as ACS800 from ABB and SINAMICS G150 from SIEMENS.
On Customer's demand the delivery package of the frequency converter ТИН can include:

power transformers for operation at the voltage of 3, 6, 10 kV;

three-phase input reactor;

output sine filter that providesconformityof the harmonic composition of the output voltage (at the filter output)to the requirements of GOST 13109-97.

ТИН converter has an advanced external interface that allows adjusting it to existing automatic systems and creating automated systems of control over different mechanisms on its basis. The core of the control system is a specialised digital signal processor that allows implementing algorithms of control over a motor of almost any required complexity.
To provide input-output of service signals ТИН package includes:

8 programmable quantized inputs;

8 analog inputs;

2 sequential binding channels RS 485;

8 programmable quantized (relay) outputs;

4 programmable analog outputs.
The quantity and type of processable signals and interfaces can be changed on customer's demand. ТИН can be integrated to automated systems using different network protocols of famous manufacturers, for example, PROFIBUS by Siemens, Device Net by Allen-Bradley, Mod Bus by Schneider-electric etc.
